As most of u know.. i love my chicken salt.. was talking to shereen tonight and we got onto the subject of chicken salt.. i decided to go on a mission to find out what exactly is chicken salt? i love it.. i have no idea what it exactly is..taken from http://www.trumps.com.au/products/specification/chsa.htm
so it may be what the company Trumps use for their chicken salt.. not what another company might use.. but its a good enough reference for me...

A lightly seasoned salt with a natural chicken flavour. An excellent compliment to chips, chicken and anywhere a seasoning salt may be used. Add after cooking.
