Wha!!!
what a day at work today.. it was going alright up until about 1pm.. then the last 3 hours was ARGH!!...the last 3 calls i took all went for around an hour each.. the customers just were having a hard time listening and typing.. (old ppl, and comp illiterate ppl).. and to top that off, on the last one i had one of the supervisors listen in and monitor my performance as well!!..
i did ok in the monitoring.. but 3, 1 hour calls in a row.. a nice way to finish the day.. i was so tired on the train ride home.. *sigh*
hopefully tomoz won't be so stressing :-)
