Back to School :-P
well.. today was my first day at school (hehe).. it went pretty well.. the environment compared to ozemail is soo laid back.. like even though i was informed that today was a pretty quiet day.. a quiet day at ozemail meant i got like a 2-5 min break between 2 calls...its quite an interesting job.. like the title is help desk/technical support.. but i'm part of a team that looks after the systems (mac and pc), networks, computer maintenance, application support etc.. so really i'm like a system admin, network admin and technical support officer all in one..
and did i mention the pay is like heaps better than ozemail?? :-)
