Break!?

i've decided.. i am definitely going to take a week break, annual leave, sometime in july..
work is starting to get to me.. tiring me out.. just need a break to refresh and i'll be good.. :-)

Troy

saw troy on sat.. this was an interesting movie.. i've got mixed feelings about it.. the movie is basically about 2 groups going to war.. troy and greece.. and usually with these type of movies u have a good side and a bad side who u get to follow throughout the movie..
i couldn't choose which one i liked better.. troy had the 'mighty' hector (eric bana) and paris the 'pansy of troy' (orlando bloom).. and greece had achilles, played by 'pretty boy' brad pitt.. his character achilles was good.. but brad pitt.. *urgh..*

neways like i was saying it was hard to choose a side through it, i found myself going from "yeh troy are cool" to "greece are cool" and so forth coz one.. achilles has some awesome fighter style looked awesome.. hehe.. so everytime when he was fighting i wanted greece to win.. then when he wasn't troy had hector and their army so i wanted troy to win coz troy was kinda more of the honourable kingdom.. ahh

and then of course the movie is based on history.. so u kinda know where its all heading.. by the end of the 2hours and 40mins or so.. u just want a happy ending.. i guess in a sense it was happy 'sorta' (people lived.. lol) but i wasn't satisfied :-P

overall the movie is an alright movie to watch.. prolly give it an 8/10 only due to it being so 'epic' hehehe

Van Helsing

Saw this movie on fri last week..

it didn't live up to my expectations unfortunately.. don't get me wrong.. i enjoyed the movie.. but i thought it be really REALLY good.. seeing as it was made by the same doods who did the mummy or something.. but it didn't have the same style :-(

i'd prolly give it a 7/10... if it had a better substance for the story then prolly an 8/10 :-)

but definitely, if u wanna go see it.. go for it.. just don't expect much from it.. its quite a no brainer of a movie.. :-P

Wha!!!

what a day at work today.. it was going alright up until about 1pm.. then the last 3 hours was ARGH!!...
the last 3 calls i took all went for around an hour each.. the customers just were having a hard time listening and typing.. (old ppl, and comp illiterate ppl).. and to top that off, on the last one i had one of the supervisors listen in and monitor my performance as well!!..
i did ok in the monitoring.. but 3, 1 hour calls in a row.. a nice way to finish the day.. i was so tired on the train ride home.. *sigh*

hopefully tomoz won't be so stressing :-)

the end of an era!

well.. its finally finished.. graduated from uni yesterday.. 4 years of uni.. all the hard nights.. the sweat.. the loss of hair.. for this piece of paper.. HAHAHA

the ceremony was so long.. and i was like in the end half of the ceremony.. so i couldnt' fall asleep if i wanted to as i needed to be alert to see/hear when our row had to get ready to go up and collect our awards..

ahh.. i make it sound so gloomy.. but i guess it was worth it.. i now have official proof that i have finished.. i guess it feels kinda good.. and wearing the robe and hat thingo felt awesome..

its kinda hard to believe i manage to make it through uni.. but here i am.. graduated.. piece of paper, framed, hanging up on my wall... its over! ;-)
